Xenith Xenons
Dear friends, family, and our loyal customers;
First off, I would like to thank all of my friends and family for their continued support. There were times that were very stressful and I have wanted to just call it a day and concentrate on other things, but I have always loved to do what I do now and with the support of my friends and family, have continued to persevere and do what I love.
Well if you're at this section, you probably wanted to know more about the company, so I'll lay it down for you. I started the HID business during my senior year in high school. I was just getting into automobile modification (thanks to the influence of some friends, you know who you are) and picked up my very first car as well. It was only a matter of time before I made a business off of my hobby, after all who doesn't dream of making money off of what they love to do? So I started something and gained a lot of credibility with my supplier and customers, however it was not enough and I wanted to grow bigger so I brought in a good friend for a partnership, thinking it would take us to the next level. However, after a year of working under the partnership, it was dissolved for personal reasons. What can I say, it was a fun experience and taught me a few things that they don't teach you in school.
So now I'm at here with Xenith Xenons, established new and fresh for June 2007. We have a new look and new products, but one thing has been constant since day one of my endeavors: customer satisfaction and offering the best possible products and services to deliver that satisfaction. At Xenith Xenons, we are all about honesty and loyalty to our customers. We want to earn the trust of our clients and let them know that we do everything for them and to make them happy. Sometimes, I will also attend to some customers because I feel that they should be able to easily talk to me and address any concerns or suggestions to me personally. One of my most important goal is to establish a good relationship with all of my customers.
There is more to Xenith Xenons than just selling products, we treat all of our customers like family. Nothing is too good for our customers in our eyes.
