Sales Policy
Xenith Xenons accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards and Paypal. When paying with Paypal, you will be given the option to redirect to the Paypal website where you can finalize the order by sending payment. We also accept money orders and personal checks. We reserve the right to hold personal checks for a week to allow fund clearing. All money orders and checks should be made out to "Xenith Xenons" and sent to our company address, which can be found under the "Contact Us" page. Orders are normally processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment. All items listed are tentatively instock and ready to ship upon receipt of order. If an out-of-stock item is ordered and is on backorder, you will be notified and a replacement will be put on our next incoming shipment. It takes approximately 1-2 weeks to get backordered items fulfilled, depending on shipping circumstances with our overseas manufacturer and how long the shipment stays in US customs. Once a product has been received, our customers are able to leave a review on our product page. We also accept customer testimonials through e-mail, which are usually updated to our website within 24 hours. We reserve the right to remove any customer testimonials that contain false information about our company and/or products we offer.
Shipping Policy
All orders to anywhere in the US, Guam, and Peru come with free shipping with tracking number via USPS Priority Mail (est. delivery time of 1-3 business days, depending on holidays and location). All international orders with shipping addresses in Canada are changed an additional $20USD shipping and handling fee and are shipped with a tracking number via USPS Priority Mail (est. delivery time of 6-10 business days). All other international orders are charged an additional $35USD shipping and handling fee and are also shipped with an included tracking number via USPS Priority Mail (est. delivery time of 6-10 business days). Shipping insurance is offered as an option on all of our products. If insurance is purchased, the order is covered for its full value should anything happen to the package. If USPS fails to deliver a package as a result of an error on our behalf, we will gladly reship the package to you, free of charge. However, if it is the result of a customer supplying us with an incorrect or expired address, it will only be shipped out again after the customer pays for return shipping. Shipping and insurance prices are dependent on current USPS shipping rates, they are subject to change without notice.
Return Policy
All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date for all Xenith Xenons HID products (all LED sales are final and are not eligible for returns/exchanges). All returns must be free of damage and must not have any missing components. Any products that have been damaged and/or are missing components cannot be returned for a refund. All return requests must be e-mailed to us at sales@xenithxenons.com. In all returned products, we offer a 100% refund (minus the initial shipping costs). However, any product that has been ordered but has not been shipped yet is eligible for a full refund. Please make sure you purchase the right kit for your car so that you can avoid the inconvenience of exchanging it for another kit. You can check our Bulb Application Guide on the left navigation menu for help with finding the correct bulb size for your car. Warranty Policy
All Xenith Xenons products are covered under warranty for one year, beginning on the date we ship out the products. All warranty claims are processed in-house so there is a very fast turnaround time; no need to send your parts overseas like other retail stores require. In the case of a warranty claim, please refer to the "Warranty Instructions" tab on the left navigation menu. It contains all the necessary information and instructions to quickly bring your situation to our attention. Unlike other retailers, we do not ask for the faulty component to be returned to us. Instead, all we require is picture proof of the faulty component; instructions on what to include in the picture can be found in the "Warranty Instructions" section. In special circumstances, we will send out the replacement before a picture is received, however a picture of the faulty component must be sent in to us within 30 days of receipt of the replacement. Otherwise all live warranties under your account will be null and void and absolutely no exceptions will be made to reinstate the warranties. Any self-inflicted damage during installation by the customer or associated shops will not be covered under warranty. Other forms of damage that are not covered under warranty include fire damage, misuse, improper installation, abusive impact, modification, or vehicle accidents.
*Note: Xenith Xenons and its affiliates and business associates do not endorse ANY illegal use of HID kits. Due to recent developments within the NHTSA and DOT, all HID xenon conversion kits are to be used for off-road and show purposes only. Xenith Xenons does not assume responsibility for any illegal uses of our products. Xenith Xenons prohibits the use of these kits on any highway or public roads in the US. Please check with your local DMV for rules and regulations regarding headlight modifications.
