Xenith Xenons

I purchased my kit with much enthusiasm, and ordered the h4 6000k kit with hi/lo for my EM1. The kit arrived and everything looked great, so I dropped my car off at Circuit City to get them installed. Well it turned out that I had a bad ballast. I immediately contacted George and he OVERNIGHTED me two ballasts to fix the situation. From California to Alabama cannot be very cheap.

So I get the ballasts in, and one of the bulbs wasn't working, so I contacted George and he again OVERNIGHTED me another bulb while on VACATION. I got the bulb in last night, and still didn't get any power to the bulb. So here I was with 4 ballasts and three bulbs and only one working head light.

So after some fast advice from George at 11pm at night, we found the problem to be a grounding issue in the wiring to the ballast which was fixed in a second by placing the ground directly to the chassis. So had we thought of this in the first place, I never would have had to have anything shipped to me from George. Circuit city did such a clean install as well, big ups to h-t user lilbinky for the install!

Long story short, I have NEVER and I mean NEVER had such awesome customer service and a pleasant dealing with a company. The man was on vacation and still managed to handle all of my issues. He referred to me by my first name always and not sir, which made George very personable and easy to talk on the phone.

I am so pleased with the service that I received, that I am ordering another kit for a friend today.

i also experienced great customer service with George. i ordered mine months ago and since, i have had no problems with the kit.

i ordered a bixenon kit 4300k for my civic si. when i received the kit, i noticed i had a bixenon bulb with a wiring harness for a lo beam bulb. i explained to George in detailed words and he sent me an updated wiring harness the next day. i found the transaction to be smooth. it felt great to get things resolved without much of a fuss. thanks George.

if you have any questions whether to buy from him or not, the fact that he responds to you within 6 hours is reason alone to purchase from him. also, the prices arent bad.

Let me say, i ordered HID's for my car and my gf's car at the same time. Ordered her a slim ballast kit (wont say any names) and I ordered mine from here.

The kit i ordred for my girls car is crap. Cheap box, cheap quality build. There wasn't even a plug to plug into the stock harness. It works, but it was just a crappy ass kit. Im kind of pissed.

i figured out how to wire these to my stock
harness. The kit is beautiful, the color is nice and the light is
actualy quit clear. Way better then my old HID's. I have the Purple kit
so once i get my motor running again hopefully tomorrow or tuesday I will
upload some mad pics yo.

Excellent product, lightning fast shipping. No instructions in the kit
but they really weren't needed. Tossed it in the Ep in about half an
hour, which includes a quick hook-up to insure it was working. Just

One of the best upgrades for any car. The price is great, The install was easy (anyone can do it), Shipping was prompted even due to unexpected delays, they are more than willing to help when you have a problem. I had them on for almost a month and no problems. I actually like driving at night because of them.
